720W Onboard Charger

The 720W Onboard Charger is compact and rugged making it easy to

design into vehicles operating in harsh industrial environments.
Applications include powered pallet trucks, scissor lifts, aerial platforms,
floor cleaning machines, golf carts and many more.

Extended Data Storage Rugged Design

The full history for the previous 1000 charges
is stored. Benefits include visibility of battery
mishandling, e.g. user terminating a charge
early. The data can be downloaded and
analyzed with the Delta software tool.
Easy Integration
Compact and high-density package allows
integration into equipment with the smallest of
spaces. CAN bus is available for connection to
smart battery or vehicle systems. The interlock
feature can prevent the vehicle moving whilst
charging is in process.
IP65 dust and waterproof. The charger
has been designed to withstand the tough
shock and vibration standards required
by industrial vehicles. High efficiency and
thermal performance result in full power
being available over a large range of ambient
temperatures and input line voltages resulting
in reliably fast battery charging.
Ease of Use and Status Indication
Fully automatic charging. Battery temperature
sensor to optimize the charge to your
battery. Ready connection to one of Delta’s
Convenience Ports or external status
LED modules.
