Respected Sir,

With reference to the discussions held with the undersigned we are agreed to do the work with
your esteemed organization and our rates as under: -

QUOTATION FOR FOR 12 TON HYDRA. (Rate) Rs.48000/- Per Month

(For 10 Hrs. 26 Days duty)
Excluding diesel

Terms & Conditions

1. Diesel charges is burned and paid by you 3 LTR Per hours

2. Safety equipment, provide by you.
3. Minimum work order six months.
4. If the crane will run more than 10 hrs. then overtime will be charged extra.
5. 26 days in a month if more than 26 days or time then will be charged extra.
6. If the crane will run on Sunday then overtime will be charged extra.
7. Payment will be released by you within 07 days from the date of submission of our bills.
8. GST will be charged extra.
9. Our crane charges will be start when our crane will be reached at site.
10. Siling, Wiring & Ropes as reqd. for the work will be provide by you.
11. Our crane is remain parked at your site till the time of completion of work.
12. The expense of transportation received in advance to us
13. Company Will Do Sitting and Living Arrangement for Driver.
