Terms and Condition
Payment 40% advance, balance against performa invoice before delivery.
Basis Ex-Works Greater Noida. Minimum 0.1 sq. mtr. area shall be considered.
Comissioning/Training support available at Rs.7,500/ per day. Travel & living expenses shall be extra at actual.
Packing & Inclusive of polyethene, or card-board packing. Corrugated Box, Crate packing, etc. shall be extra at actual. Freight shall be extra at actual.
Forwarding
GST Extra at actuals as per HSN codes, currently at 18%.
Insurance On your account, please mention company and policy number in P.O.
Delivery 3-4 weeks from the date of finalization of order along with advance and manufacturing clearance.
It is the responsibility of the consignee to check the goods upon delivery. Any transport damage must be recorded on the shipping note and
immediately reported, no later than within 5 days.

Cancelations Standard product will be subject to cancellation or return fee of 75% on approval.
& Returns
Warranty 12 months from date of supply limited to manufacturing defects. Please refer Installation and operation instruction.
