1. PRICES The above prices are Ex-Work Ghaziabad / Sahibabad / Meerut/Thane.

2. FREIGHT Freight shall be charged extra
3. C.S.T./ VAT Shall be charged Extra 13.5% or 2% against Form “C” (in Advance)
4. EXCISE Shall be charged Extra 12.36% on ex-works price, if applicable.
5. ADVANCE 25% advance against order and balance against Performa invoice before
dispatch.
6. Tentative Delivery Approx. 10 / 12 weeks from the date of your firm order and clarification of all
outstanding technical / commercials points and approval of drawings whichever
is later but subject to Force Majeure conditions. The delivery is stated in good
faith. We shall make every effort to supply the material within the delivery
indicated. However the delivery is not guaranteed and any penalty or
liquidated clauses are not acceptable to us.
7. GURANTEE Our Product is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of dispatch.
8. VALIDITY 30 days.
9. Specification As per your TS.
10. Octori Octroi / Town Duty or any other new levies / duties / taxes imposed by the
Govt. will be to your account.
