 The word, Hydroponic, comes from Latin and means working water.


Hydroponics is a form of gardening that uses no soil, but instead
grows plants in a solution of nutrients mixed with water.

Aquaponics is the combination of aquaculture (raising fish) and


hydroponics (the soil-less growing of plants) that grows fish and plants
together in one integrated system

ROCK WOOL is a horticultural growing media made from the


natural ingredients Basaltrock and Chalk. These are then melted at 1600°
C into a lava which is blown into a large spinning chamber, which pulls
the lava into fibers like "cotton candy.
