PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Pega Credit Decision Hub is Credit Decision Engine built on Pega 8.2.1 to cater for
the various API’s for driving the credit decisions in the Home Loan Originations in
Macquarie’s Business Banking division. It leverages the Pega’s decisioning and
integration capabilities to build a very strong and configurable decision engine. A
stateless solution which takes the inputs from the Salesforce as a front end and
depending on the rules configured, calculates the Risk Ratings of customers,
Lendable Values etc. It is built in such a way that it can be easily extended to the

Universal Workflow is an application built on Pega as a framework to cater various


business processes across different business unit in NAB. The framework has pre-
configured features and workflows which follow a common pattern across the
organization and can be re-used. There are separate Onboarding teams which use
these frameworks and create different case types as per the requirements from

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Macquarie Group is a leading provider of financial, advisory, investment and funds


management services. Pega Online Forms was a project implemented for
designing the online forms for Macquarie personal banking products like Credit
Cards, Transaction accounts, home loans, online trading accounts etc. individually
or as a package. It had integrations with legacy systems used at Macquarie bank
for retrieving the customer data. There was a data capture process which was sent
