SUMMARY Additional comments next page à

Areas for further growth:
Katelyn has stated a goal of hers is to improve her assessment strategies. We reviewed some different
assessment tools, and she will continue to research and use different forms of assessment going forward. The
assessments she used during her practicum were suitable for the activities assigned. Katelyn is receptive to
continually pursuing professional development opportunities with an assessment focus, and will be attending
assessment workshops offered at Teachers' Convention.

Overall comments (Strongest aspects of student’s performance):

Katelyn did a wonderful job adjusting to the elementary level after completing a previous practicum at the middle
school level. Although her preference is to teach at the middle school level, she has demonstrated flexibility,
patience, and enthusiasm for this grade level. This speaks volumes to her professionalism, dedication, and ability
to adapt as a teacher.
