highlight skills and responsibilities I have that are relevant to each job instead of just setting
the main responsibilities to keep CV as brief as possible. You are totally correct as of
customizing the CV for several times it didn’t highlight the following details practiced since
2011:

 Design, implement and manage salary classification and compensation programs.


 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as minimum salaries and social
insurance and tax liabilities.
 Monitor salary structure and benefits, monitors trends affecting pay and benefits to
improve practices and policies
 Develop competitive benefits packages.
 Manage compensation and benefits analytics within the company, analyze surveys to
ensure appropriate compensation across all departments
 Set job analysis and update job classifications, grades and link pay and benefits correlated
to each.
 Oversee Competitive analysis and, merit increase and salary structure.
 Forecast budget for the salary increase and prepare personnel budget and keep C&B
operations within it.
 Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive and
legal.
 Design, evaluate and modify total rewards and benefits policies to ensure that programs
are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
 Manage the payroll processing ensuring the smooth operations of the monthly
transaction.
 Authorize the salary transfers online
 Revise debit notes issued by the company.
 Review the HR department financial payments
