RESPONSIBILITY

 Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing
the hiring process
 Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
 Process paperwork
 Support recruitment activities: update recruitment channels, screen resumes, schedule
tests/ interviews, keep the candidate database updated, join in recruitment events
organization, etc.
 Prepare HR Admin document: PIT registration, ex-pat administration, working attestation,
employee information …;

QUALIFICATIONS

 Fresh-graduated, final-year or third-year students are welcomed;


 Major in Foreign Languages, Economics or related areas;
 Knowledge and/or experience in HR and IT will be an added advantage;
 Very well organized, detail-oriented, sociable and pro-active; 
 Be highly responsible for confidential matters/reports/data;
 Have a good command in English
 Computer literacy – MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
