1. Tell me about yourself or run me through your CV?

Yes, my name is Delia Putri. I’ve been passionated about design since I was on Junior High
School and now I’m taking multimedia as my major in Vocational High School. During my time
there, I’ve been able to build my portofolio through designing

2. What is your strengths?

I’m a person who full of respectfulness and discipline

3. What is your weaknesss?

I sometimes lack of confidence

4. What do you see in the five years?

I’d like to have taken the lead on project I’m passionate about and I would love to be an expert
that others can come for ideas, help, and strategy

5. What do you know about our company?

I know quite a lot about this company. I read on website that you are one of the best companies
in this era and I also read read a news mentioned you that you are leading as “The Best Selling
Company Group” in this year and I think it’s an honor for me to work in a fine company like this

6. Do you work under pressure?

I work well under pressure because I use pressure to help me work more efficiently and
confidently

7. Why should I hire you?

I have all of the skills and experience that you’re looking for and I have the experience and the
attitude to excel in this production

8. How well you handle a change?

I don’t consider change to be a big deal because even the things that are the same have
differences

9. Why do you leave your previous job?

Because I am looking for better career prospect and want a change in career direction

I was most satisfied when I did well on my job and got praised for my work by everyone

I would like to finding a position that’s good for me and my skills. I’m confident that you’re
offering a salary that’s competitive

Yes I do have some excellent, fresh ideas strategies to increase the income of the company

I’m attending multimedia as my major

14. Could you mention any computer solfware?

I knew some design software like adobe illustrator, adobe photoshop, corel draw, adobe
lightroom and many more

15. What can you do for us that other candidate can not offer?
I have no idea what the other candidates you’re considering might be able to do but my guess is
you’re looking at some top people, but let me tell you what I can do for you and I hope would
make the best candidate for the job. My experience at my previous job proves that I can help
the department accomplish this goal

16. Do you have any ambitions in your life that you want to achieve?
I do have a lot of ambitions in my life. I am ambitious to get this job because I have the feeling
that this job is the right one for me

Because I’m interested with the job that company offer and working in this company in an honor
to me. Your company has a good reputation. That’s why I’m sure working here is what I want

I think I have no question about this job. If someday I find something hard, I’ll try to learn about
it
