study:
Sensory evaluation. is a science that measures, analyzes, and interprets
the reactions of people to products as perceived by the senses(sight, touch, smell, and taste). Acceptability. describes to something that is being subject to acceptance for some purpose. Appearance . the way that someone or something looks. Texture. the feel, appearance, or consistency of a surface or a substance. Aroma . a distinctive pervasive and usually pleasant or savory smell. Taste . the sensation of flavor perceived in the mouth and throat on contact with a Food or any substance. Tart. a baked dish consisting of a filling .Usually shortcrust pastry; the filling may be sweet or savoury. Squash. a fleshly vegetable protected by hard rind from a viny, creeping and trailing crop.
