TRANSMISSION OF CERTIFIED TRUE COPY

I have the honour to furnish herewith a certified true copy of the Protocol Amending the
Agreement on Government Procurement, done at Geneva on 30 March 2012 (the "Protocol"), as
rectified on 4 June 2012 (WT/Let/854).

In accordance with its paragraph 3, the Protocol shall enter into force for those Parties to the
WTO Agreement on Government Procurement, done at Marrakesh on 15 April 1994
(the "1994 Agreement"), that have deposited their respective instruments of acceptance of the
Protocol, on the 30th day following such deposit by two thirds of the Parties to the 1994 Agreement.
