and a healthy diet. We can defeat this epidemic, only by keeping

busy life.

People do not cook in homes to save their time and they depend on
the markets. Junk food sold in markets spoils our health. We should
avoid eating such junk food. Today, if the infection of the Covid-19
epidemic is decreasing all over the world, then the reason for this is
that people are aware of their fitness. After the epidemic, even
though people are working from home, they also started exercising
regularly. By exercising, doing yoga, etc., both our brain and body
remain healthy. And the body's immunity remains.
