In line with the Division Memorandum No.199 series 2020 of Department of Education Cavite
Province, and, as a precautionary measure amidst the rise of Covid-19 Cases here in our Municipality,
the undersigned, on behalf of Anuling Integrated High School personnel, is humbly asking your
assistance in one of the important activities to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus. Some of the
assistance we need are as follows:

1. Disinfection of the school facilities;

2. Short discission/training to AIHS staff on how to do the proper disinfection, i.e. how the
solution is made and materials/equipments that will be used; and

These are the relevant activities that needed by our institution and due to limited resources the school
has, we are requesting assistance from your good office to help us in implementing the said activities.
