Subject: Request for Approval to Conduct Waste Management Training

Dear Sir,

Greetings!

I am writing to formally request your approval to conduct a training session on

waste management for the teachers and students from Anuling Integrated High
School.

The requested training aims to :

1. Enhance awareness of the school personnel on the importance of waste

management and its impact on the environment.
2. Familiarize the school personnel with local and national regulations
governing waste disposal and management.
3. Provide practical strategies and best practices for minimizing waste
generation within thw school
4. Educate school participants on the benefits of recycling and how to effectively
implement recycling practices in the workplace.
5. Hazardous waste management: Ensure that employees are equipped with the
knowledge to identify, handle, and dispose of hazardous waste in compliance
with safety standards.

We propose to conduct the training on January 5, 2023 at 1:00 PM

We kindly request approval to proceed with the proposed waste management

training. Your support in this initiative will undoubtedly contribute to our
school’s sustainability goals and foster a culture of responsible resource
management.
