PROJECT EEN (Enabling Education Network)

I. Rationale :
A school is a place for learning the skills that are essential to a

child’s growth and development. So, it is important to make this place

safe and conducive to learning. Teachers, parents, and stakeholders

made some initiatives to provide for learners’ needs.

II. Brief Description:

Malabago Elementary School is very blessed for having

stakeholders who are very participative and cooperative in whatever

projects and programs of the school. “Enabling Education Network” is a

project which involves the external stakeholders in improving school

facilities and the environment such as paintings school fences, making

marking, improving our gulayan sa paaralan, cementing pathways, and

cleaning up drive for the preparation of the upcoming limited face to face

classes.

III. Impact:

Malabago Elementary School is so very grateful in receiving

such donations from our very supportive stakeholders who show a

willingness to help our school.

PROJECT Edukasyon with CP


(Edukasyon Collaboration with Parents)

I. Objective :
The project aims to increase motivation through exploring
technologies in learning and to equip in the new normal education
with the help of Parents as Home Learning Facilitators.

II. Brief Description:


The project aims to encourage teachers and parents to
collaborate in the learning of every children by having constant
communication and feed backing.
III. Impact:
Parents are well aware of their children’s progress in school as
well as their needs and concerns.

PROJECT SSPT
School Support Pupils and Teachers

I. Objective :
The project goal is to utilize majority MOOE funds to support
teachers and pupils to gain quality and accessible education for
all.

II. Brief Description:

MOOE funds were properly spent on activities and necessities


that support learning programs and help maintain a safe and
healthy environment in the school. This was accomplished through
the initiative of the school head and with the support of the
teachers, parents, and stakeholders.

NARRATIVE REPORT

Management of Resources is the fourth principles of School-Based Management


(SBM). Management of Resources is the efficient and effective development of an
organization’s resources when they are needed. Such resources may include financial
resources, inventory, human skills, production resources or information technology.

To ensure that school’s resources were spent correctly and projects/programs were
successfully accomplished, the schools launched different best practices. These best
practices need the cooperation and participation of the parents, stakeholders and the
community. These best practices includes:
1. Project SSPT
2. Project Edukasyon sa CP
3. Project EEN
These best practices were done for the welfare of our learners and our school as
well.
