1. SJIT CORE VALUES – “We demonstrate: Love for God, country and

Being a graduate student of SJIT has led me to the avenue of self-
reflection and awareness in the following ways:
 By having the highest aspirations for how we engage as
colleagues, Fellows, alumni, partners and broader members of
the community

 Optimism - I believe that we can any challenges – big and small.


At the same time if we are open, honest, and direct about the
current problems around us.

 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion- I value all dimensions of


diversity and seek to model the fairness and justice that I want to
see in the world.

I believe that when we most fully embody our values, they will work
in concert and enable us to fulfil our mission of solving problems in
our organization.

2. With all honesty I can say that all the subjects that I took in the graduate
program has helped me in many ways in my professional and personal
life. Some subjects gave me ample knowledge in the technicalities of the
academe such as The Methods of Research, Computer and Internet
Applications, Management and Supervision and many other subjects
that added a vast knowledge and empowered us to be future education
leaders. Meanwhile other subjects also teaches us to do a self-realization
journey in order to achieved our highest self because it is essential in
being a leader. Those subjects are: Filipino Personalities and Values,
Global Trend in leadership and Management.

Along with the wisdom of every professors that I had, I am truly grateful
that SJIT Grad Program helped me achieved a big part of myself.

3. None. All subjects are very applicable and timely.


4. Personality Discovery, Spirituality, Life Habits and Style
Yes. Very much. As a teacher, it is my utmost duty to embody the
mission and vision of the school. To be a contributor and influence of the
significant values that the institution advocates and above all, to carry
out my duties as a responsible student and member of the institution. By
being loyal to the life purpose which is the continuation of learning and
evolution of personal growth and mind that will lead to many possibilities
in humanity.
As a person, to be an instrument of grace, as it has also been given to me
by our Lord. In fact to be in the graduate school is a big milestone for me
and from here, I will strive to make it also an instrument to bless others.
