ABC Company is a renowned real-estate company and have a significant position in business
community. They planned to acquire a huge land for making their own housing society. Finally, they
successfully acquired the land and developed a society named as Paradise Housing Society. The
society deals with numerous matters and owner of society has been messed up in managing the data
and to get desired reports about the society. Owner approaches your software company and
showed his intention to procure a tailor-made database application for managing the complete data
of his society.

Society is being run by management team headed by CEO. Various departments exist in the society
like Finance, HR, Water & sanitation, Security and Estate department. Each Department has a unique
department name, number of employees and one manager. Employees information includes EmpID,
Name, Designation, Department, Contact no. Society also keep track of Society members
information. Members of society are those who purchases plots and construct their homes and/or
commercial units. Each member has a unique membership number, name, CNIC, cell# and address.

Society members pays various type of dues, some of them are one-time and some are on monthly
basis. Monthly basis payment includes Conservancy charges, Security charges and Water bills,
however, one-time are transfer charges when sale/purchase a piece of land. Members pay their
dues in banks by presenting their Vouchers generated by Society accounts office. Each Voucher has a
unique Voucher#, Amount, Issue_date, Due_date and person name who issued the invoice. Payment
can be made at any branch of Bank Alfalah or ABL.

At the end of each month, Society staff prepares various reports that shows the current strength of
members, new members made during this month, payments made by members bank-wise etc. etc.

You are required to make an ER diagram by identify identities, their attributes, type of attributes,
relationships between entities and relationship attributes (if exist).
