Scope and Delimitation of the Study

This study was established to the phenomenological method of identifying the challenges

and benefits of the accounting profession based on the experiences of the accounting

professionals. These professionals were working in the different establishments located in

Angeles City. The data gathered was established to the interview questions and semi-structured

interview.
Scope and Delimitation

This study will revolve to the 4th year and 5th year college students who are taking

up the accounting course in Republic Central Colleges. This study used total population

sampling, a purposive sampling technique where it chooses to examine the entire

population that have a particular set of characteristics.

This study aims to test whether students are aware of the two main branches of

accounting (public and private), and if the awareness has an impact on choosing their

career path choice.

Scope and Delimitation

This was delimited in determining the student evaluation on

the provision of curriculum and instruction and on the conditions

of physical facilities and learning resources of the BSA graduates

who took the CPA board exam from 2015 to October 2019 with their

performance in the said examination. Thus, the respondents were

selected graduates of the BSA program starting from the updated

curriculum of the Licensure Examination for CPAs in the academic

year 2015 to 2019. Moreover, responses of the respondents were

based on the survey questionnaire about their student evaluation on

the provision of curriculum and instruction and the conditions of

physical facilities and learning resources in accordance with their

performance in the CPA Licensure Examination. The researchers

conducted this study to find out if there is a significant

relationship between the respondents’ performance in the CPA

Licensure Examination and the status of provision and/or extent of

implementation of the areas on curriculum, administrative support,

and school facilities and learning resources.
