This document provides guidance on how to write reflection for a practicum phase 1. It recommends choosing an issue or incident to focus on, elaborating on it using the 5W1H framework (who, what, when, where, why, how), analyzing the cause, evaluating possible solutions, and planning future actions to address the issue. The steps include choosing an issue, elaborating on it, analyzing it using 5W1H, evaluating possible causes and solutions, and transforming future actions. Reflections should be detailed and address what problems occurred, possible causes, and suggested solutions.
