I’m Michelle Mae Recla Miñoza, 22 years of age and presently residing at Rose St., Mintal,
Davao City. I earned my bachelor’s degree in agriculture major in soil science and completed
a skills development in crop science to gain hands-on experience in this profession at
Central Mindanao University, Musuan, Bukidnon. I was also fortunate to be one of the
scholars of Land Bank Gawad Patnubay Scholarship Program from 2018 - 2019 and done my
internship at LBP Manila Head Office and LBP Cagayan de Oro Lending Center last
September - November 2019. Formerly, I was a research assistant at Central Mindanao
University and Thai Phil Advance Agritech Corporation for their product trial that focused on
nanotechnology.

My abilities include excellent verbal and written skills that help me to convey the need of
concern. Other skills that make me suitable for a position in this industry include having a lot
of patience along with excellent time management and multitasking skills and a real desire
to make a difference.
