INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Kidapawan, accuses above-
mentioned of the crime of MURDER, committed as follows:

"That on or about 9 in the evening of the 25th day of February, 1988, in the
Municipality of Navotas, Metro Manila, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused armed with a knives, conspiring and
confederating and mutually helping with one another, with intent to kill, treachery and
evident premeditation and in the nighttime, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously attack, assault and stab one ROY MEDINA, hitting the latter at the right side
of the body, thereby inflicting upon the latter stab wounds which immediately caused
his death."
