Follow up on the letter of interest end user PT. KOBA JAYA RAYA No.354/LOI-PKK/III/2021, we are
accompany which is in charge of Coal PT. PUTRA KANADA KALTIM, we intend to offer products with
the following specifications and prices :

I. COMMODITY AND PLACES OF ORIGIN :

a. Commodity : Indonesian origin coal
b. Place of Origin : East Borneo, Indonesia
c. Loading Port/Jetty : Jetty Sungai Berlian Jaya, Palaran, Samarinda.

II. SPECIFICATION QUALITY OF STEAM COAL :

Quality of Coal shall be according to AMERICAN SOCIETY TESTING AND MATERIALS (ASTM)
standard method analisis and offering with details parameter as followed :
Gross Calorific Value (ARB) Typical 4200 Kcal/kg – Rejection Below 4000 Kcal/kg

III. INSPECTION
Independent Surveyor by Sucofindo, SGS, Anandya Geo Service, Any International Inspector
chice.

IV. SUPPLIES CAPACITY

Ready supplies of contract 50.000 MT per month to 600.000 MT per year.

V. CONTRACT SYSTEM
a. 1 (one) years contract roll over per years to go
b. Available long term contract

VI. LOADING BARGE CAPACITY

Quantity Loading Barge of jetty 300 feet

VII. PREPARE CONDITION SUPPLY

a. Material Coal : Ready 10 days after sign the contract, payment cash.
b. Port Facility : Loading by Conveyor
c. Transhipment Unit : Tug and Barge standby

VIII. DELIVERY : Ready to supply starting on March, 2021 (Plant delivery’s sheet option)
• Loading Barge quantity 7500 MT
• Laycan 10 days after sign contract

IX. PRICE :
a. Price as agreed base crusher coal on load point basis (FOB Barge) composite Calorie 4000
up kcal/kg as followed : IDR 460,000.00 per metric ton FOB Barge Payment Cash.
b. Price complete within full shipping document legality
c. Price validity for day

X. PAYMENT TERM
Payment term by Cash after sign contract.

XI. VALIDITY
1 (one) weeks from issuing date.

Term and condition can be further discussed and agreed both parties, if we have your approval to our
FCO, than please kindly sign and stamp this FCO an return to us or please kindly issue draft contract
to us.
