PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS: 100% At loading port with MT 103 at site after SGS-DLC
MT 700 BANK TO BANK + payment shall be carried by Wire Transfer MT103/TT at sight by top
50 Banks in the World for the total amount of 25,000 MT only after positive SGS analysis report
at loading Seaport with shipments documents of the entire shipments within twenty [24] hours
after documents by Buyer’s Bank.

1. SELLER ISSUES FCO TO BUYER.
2. SELLER ISSUES FCO IN WORD FORMAT. BUYER INITIALS ON EVERY PAGE SIGNS ON
PAGE 7 AND RETURNS IT TO SELLER WITH ICPO & RWA OR BCL.
3. SELLER ISSUES SALE AND PURCHASE DRAFT CONTRACT SPA FOR IR64, 5% BROKEN
WHITE RAW RICE FOR QUANTITY-25,000 MT (SPOT DEAL) WITHIN 48 HOURS BUYER
SIGNS, SEALS, AND RETURNS THE CONTRACT TO SELLER.
4. SELLER AND BUYER EXCHANGE SIGNED CONTRACT HARD COPIES BY
ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSIONS IN PDF AS HARD COPIES.
5. IN 5-10 BANKING DAYS BUYER’S BANK ISSUES DLC MT700 FOR IR64, 5% BROKEN
WHITE RAW RICE/ FOR THE VALUE OF QUANTITY 25,000 MT (TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
METRIC TONS), VALUE: USD $ 11125000,00 (ELEVEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY
FIVE THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS).
6. IN 45-50 DAYS OR SOONER, ONCE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED AT THE PORT BEFORE
LOADING SGS STARTS ISSUING CERTIFICATION OF QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF RODUCT.
