We the undersigned, Manchester Agro Group LLP herein dully by Andrei Mamede, CEO, hereby
declare and confirm that we have our main client, ready, willing, and able to buy Frozen Chicken cuts
as per the volumes, prices terms, and quality specifications stated below;

QUALITY SPECS GRADE A:

Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of production Stored at: -18 Degree Celsius. Frozen: Blast at -40
C. Payload: 27MT / 40’HT Container. Washed & Cleaned, Without Yellow Skin, No Feathers, No
Black marks No Bad Smell, No Feathers, Broken Bones 3% or less, No Ammonia burns, no extra
Free blood, less than 2% Moisture content, 100% Fresh and Frozen well dressed and cleaned.
Certifications: Halal, HACC and ISO. Safe for Human Consumption.

Packaging: Poly Bag, 10kg, 15kg, or 20kg, average weight 35 Grams up 8-12 cm. Carton box marked
appropriately in English, country of origin language, and simplified Chinese with name and grade of
the product. Use by date and crop date. Date of Manufacture. Net weight, gross weight. Factory SIF
number, country of origin, chicken pieces block wrapped in poly bags. The packaging is sufficiently
strong enough to ensure the safe arrival of the product to its destination. Packaging shall comply with
the relevant regulations on the import and export of poultry meat and poultry product to the Peoples
Republic of China. To enable to pass the examination and verification of the Chinese customs.
SGS AND SHIPPING DOCUMENTS:

The Seller guarantees that each shipment shall be provided with an inspection certificate of weight and
quality, at the time of loading, and such certificate shall be provided by “Société Générale de
Surveillance” (SGS) or similar recognized authority at Seller’s expense and shall be deemed to be
final.

PROCEDURES TRIALS:

1. Manchester AG will present the end buyer direct the Seller, acting as the Seller’s Agent.
2. Both the Seller and its agent (Manchester AG) will formally sign a NCDA / IMFPA formalizing the
passing of the end buyer to the Seller.
3. Buyer and Seller dully sign, stamp and exchange SPA
4. Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the signed contract in their respective banks.
5. After the Buyer confirms that the Seller has full capacity and availability of the product, The Buyer
shall present within 7 days a shipping transferable, divisible, irrevocable DLC from a world top 50
bank on behalf of the Seller. This first DLC will be corresponded to the trial lifts (5 CNTR) value.
Once the trials are completed, the Buyer is obligated to issue the next DLC corresponded to the
following month shipment value.
6. Via bank to bank, the seller’s bank sends the 2% PB. The Performance Bond will be required only for
the trial / first lifts.
7. Shipments are to start immediately after the acceptancy the PoF and shall be completed within 30 days.
8. Payments by MT 103 TT will be released within 48 hrs. after proper presentation of shipping
documents including SGS.
9. This cycle is to repeat itself for every month for the duration of the contract.

NON-CIRCUMVENTION AND NON-DISCLOSURE:

The parties accept and agree to the provisions of the international chamber of commerce, London, United
Kingdom for non-circumvention and non-disclosure with regards to all and every one of the parties
involved in this transaction.

The recipients of this ICPO shall not disclose or otherwise reveal directly or indirectly to a third party any
confidential information provided by MANCHESTER AGRO GROUP.
It is strictly prohibited to distribute, copy, disclose or use this offer other than for its original intent which
is to build a negotiation between HIS and MANCHESTER.

This letter is not an official contract and all details will need to be negotiated and executed through a
formal agreement.
