PROCESS

1. The buyer sends a letter of intent (LOI)

2. Seller submits a Full Corporate Offer (FCO)

3. The Buyer submits their Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO)

4. The Seller issues the Draft Contract to the Buyer.

5. Buyer signs the Agreement and returns it to Seller, who signs the Agreement and sends
the Pro-Forma Invoice to Buyer. At this moment IMPFA is registered for the payment of
commissions

6. Buyer issues an irrevocable, transferable and separable DRAFT SBLC as detailed in the
Payment Terms above. The seller signs the DRAFT.

7. Buying bank issues 100% SBLC Irrevocable Swift Transferable for the first installment

8. Seller's bank issues 2% PB

9. Loading starts according to the Delivery Schedule in the Contract

10. 100% of SBLC will be released after loading the ship and upon presentation of the SGS
and other documents such as Phytosanitary and Certificate of Origin. Payment is made with
MT103
