ANNUAL QUANTITY: 31.050 MT (ONE MONTH1350 + ELEVEN MONTHS 2700 X 40’ FCL),

PACKING: BEEF PACKING: VACUUM PACKING WITH PLASTIC BAG AND

CIF MAIN PORT- CHINA (GUANGDONG, SHENZHEN)

DELIVERY CONDITIONS: TRIAL ORDER AND THE MONTHLY SHIPMENTS WILL BE MADE
WITHIN 15DAYS AFTER RECEIPT THE DLC FROM THE BUYER'S
BANK.

Payment terms: Ecosupply S.A. proposes the following payment options:

Trial Order: L/C AT SIGHT.

Contract: The same detailed payment methodology can be used for the trial, or the buyer could use
an DLC 100% at sight, Auto-revolving - Irrevocable-Transferable - Divisible - Operative Confirmed,
Issued by first line Bank (TOP 50), against presentation of the shipping documents.

Both companies should be able to show each other availability to perform in the operation before starting
negotiations in order to avoid time losing.

This Letter of Intent serves as a confirmation of interest with respect to the proposed purchase transaction and will
not in any way constitute a legal agreement, nor does it impose any legal obligation on either party.

The undersigned affirms that it is an authorized representative or will act as the purchasing company and has
authority to issue this Letter of Intent. The future agreement would require further documentation and approvals
and the preparation of a definitive agreement that would set out the termsand commitment of the Buyer to buy
and the Seller to sell.

The Buyer agrees to execute a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to the preparation and receipt of
documentation relating to the sale and purchase of the products described above.
