1. PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE AND OSERVATIONS

From the previous class the students had completed some of there last grid drawings. Most of the
students did very well with drawings. There were some students that still need some attention when
it comes to drawing. For the lesson to come I would like to do an oblique drawing with the students
that still have grid lines to be drawn on it.

2. LESSON RATIONALE

Brief outline of approach for lesson KEY*

For this lesson I will start with a knew topic with the students. We will complete two oblique drawings
for this lesson. This is a step up for the students as they are coming close to doing orthographic
projection but i would like to get oblique drawings completed before I start orthographic projection.
Students will start off with a drawing that isn’t too difficulty and a drawing that is easy to explain to
the students how to represent a 2d shape into a 3d shape.
For this class will explain the drawing using PowerPoint which will help the students get the
basic understating of obliques drawing.
