MAS MAHATHIR has a background in Psychology and has obtained his Bachelor of Psychology
(Hons) degree from HELP University of achievers. Having a background in Psychology, Mahathir
devoted his time to help others by developing their essential skills, ranging from corporate
leaders to young adults, to be better communicators and public speakers. Mahathir’s passion led
him to start Infinex Solutions Asia Consultancy Sdn Bhd along with his business partner focusing
on corporate training and consulting. Aside from that, Mahathir has also started a Public
Speaking Academy for the youth along with his business partner namely Mahathir Academy of
Public Speaking, focusing on building confidence in the newer generation through the art of
public speaking.

EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY SUMMARY
Mahathir specializes in Presentation Skills that target corporate sectors on how to present
effectively by using certain techniques to attract listeners, persuade clients and inspire team
members. He obtained his Trainer Certification from PSMB (HRDF) with the highest grades
for the final assessment during his training batch. Mahathir was given many opportunities to
train different organizations.
His additional qualification includes a Learning Games Design Practitioner certification from
NASAGA (North American Simulation and Gaming Association) which develop skills for
trainers to creatively create activities, exercises, simulations and games to enhance and
sustain the participants’ learning. He has also completed and graduated from the AsiaWorks
programme as a (GLP) and facilitated their training programmes. Among his other
qualifications include the Licensed NLP Practitioner Certification.

Mahathir has training experience for many companies such as Adabi Consumers Industries,
Akzonobel Paints, Pantai Hospital Ipoh, Robert Bosch, Phillip Capital, Arvato Bertlesmann, IRS,
RHB, Gamuda, Dutch Lady, Beiersdorf, Lazada, BP Castrol, AGN International and many other

Prudential, Rotary, Rotaracts, Toastmasters, and Hijauan.

Aside from that, he is involved in Toastmasters, a public speaking and leadership community.
Having recently joined the Toastmasters Community in February 2016, Mahathir has won
numerous competitions in the Public Speaking Arena from the Humourous Speech and
Evaluations Contest, to the International Speech and Table Topics Competition. Mahathir has
also been awarded with the “Competent Communicator” award, and in July 2017, and the
“Competent Leader” from Toastmasters International. In 2017, Mahathir became the 26th
president of MII Toastmasters Club a distinguished club established in 1991.
