Professional Goal # 1

To hone my classroom management skills and be able to respond to inappropriate classroom behavior appropriately.

Rationale:
I find it difficult to establish classroom management when in a new classroom. I also am challenged with students who act
inappropriately and would like to be able to respond appropriately.
