MBA (Full-time)
Aston University, Birmingham
Overall Rating

On the whole, I have enjoyed the experience here at Aston. There have been a couple of module
which fell short of my expectations, but these have been notable exceptions to an otherwise
positive experience..

Student Union

Clubs and Societies

Good. I'd personally like an archery club, but that might be difficult logistically.

Uni Facilities

.
Course and Lecturers

Some variation across modules can be a little frustrating. Would like to see more integration of
technology, and greater focus on using the types of software and systems that are used in the
professional environment rather than dedicated HE systems..

City Life

Yes. Located just outside of the city centre, so it is ideal for transport and local shops, bards and
restaurants..

Job Prospects

There is a dedicated team to support career development, who are helpful and enthusiastic..

Student Support

Support on the whole is very good. Availaibility of academic staff is good. The dedicated Learning
Development Centre are extremely good at helping with essay structure and academic writing, and
very supportive at helping me to attain higher levels..
