Ronaldo: Hi Alfredo, what are you thinking?
Alfredo: Hi Ronaldo, I'm worried, yesterday I went for a bike ride with my cousins. So we decided to
establish a bicycle route taking as reference points all the parks and gardens in my city. That is how I
managed to realize that all the parks and gardens were very neglected and dry and with few trees, I
finally came to the conclusion in being able to create an environmental project for my city
Ronaldo: I understand your annoyance, in my city there are also these problems with parks and
gardens, this will end up contributing a lot to environmental pollution. You know, I have decided to
support you in your environmental project. What specific problem does your project solve?
Alfredo: Resolve to protect a local park or green space area and coordinate actions to plant and
maintain a section of it. It is a citizen project that enables young people and the community to
intentionally connect with an environmental reality, in which they assume responsibilities through
the exercise of actions aimed at the care and conservation of a park and / or deteriorated space, also
giving rise to their positioning as leader in the community to which he belongs.
Ronaldo: It sounds great, I will do my best to fulfill it in the best possible way. What would you call your
project?
Alfredo: I was thinking that it could be called "sowing a new future", I always thought it would be
great to call it that.
Ronaldo: You're right, it's an excellent name for the environmental project. What activities and
support would you offer?
Alfredo:
1.-Selection of a group of 10 students per institution to lead the processes concerning the project.
2.-The neighborhood environmental committee is formed.
3.-Selection of a park that is in a state of deterioration and demands its adaptation and improvement.
4.-Carrying out a joint work with the project cuirassos, regarding the days of tree planting.
5.-Pedagogical and didactic training regarding awareness-raising processes and circumscribed
themes within the framework of the work to be carried out for the execution of the project.
6.- Organizational training of selected community members to form neighborhood environmental
committees.
Ronaldo: I think the activities assigned in your project are good, I think they are well structured to
develop in your city. What skills do you have that would help you?
Alfredo: The main skill that can help me is leadership and empathy to be able to create awareness in
all the members of the consolidated project
