1. Steel Produces Stability and Strength.

The construction material of steel will provide structural stability. Because of that the building
becomes strong and sturdy. Steel is a metal material that is light and easy to form, allowing
architects, in a wider scope, to freely explore designs and develop buildings to be more unique.
2. Flexibility
The flexibility of steel materials in construction work can save time efficiently. In the
construction foundation section, steel, which is strong and lightweight compared to other
materials such as concrete, will save the excavation area.
3. Adaptable
Throughout the life cycle of a building, spatial requirements may continue to change. In such
circumstances, the steel structure is highly adaptable and accessible. Some components such as
beams and supports can be relocated, reinforced and also equipped with additional framing, thus
supporting changing loading conditions.
4. Aesthetics
When a steel-constructed building has been completed through the wall filling, exterior layering,
flooring and paint stages, the building will look exactly like a concrete structure and only an
expert can tell the difference. The only difference that can be seen by the layman's eye is the
quality of the finish, the clean appearance and the aesthetic appeal.
