Best setting to conduct Physical examination may need to
establish privacy, comfort and quiet for the patient. The
best resource available to the physician to set the stage
for the physical examination is to communicate respect
and a genuine interest in the patient's welfare.

The question need to ask to the patient during
Physical Examination is chief complaint, history
of present illness, past medical history, allergies,
current medication, family history, social history,
and review of systems.

how would you give orders


to the patient during PE?
Before we do each part or procedure of the physical
examination, we have to say to our patient what will we do or
what patient need to do. Use a wisely word and ask politely. If
the patient rejected, explain to them. If they still rejected, ask
their family to help us (it's not force the patient) or looking for
the alter way. Explain to them if they ask.

how do you interpret the findings?


In general, physical examination is performed to collect basic data about the client's
health, including finding abnormalities in the client's body. In order to interpret the
findings, the physical examination must be complete and accurate. how to interpret the
findings by acknowledging first what is the difference between normal and abnormal in
physical examination. Like the sound of breathing, the rhytim of the heartbeat, a lump
in the body, a different reaction in other part of the body.
