Human problems
Lack of feedback in communication
This is the assume that message is received but has no feedback from listeners. This lack of feedback
means the speaker fails to modify the message to help the listeners better understands the

speaker’s attitude and position. The business fail to crack open feedback channels, they operate in a
communication vacuum.

Creativity and innovation


On the way small firms may compete with the larger firm by bringing better at the process of
innovation, which involves creating something that is new and different. It need not be limited to the
creation of new product services. It can involve new ways of packaging a product or a service.

Innovation can be associated with identifying new ways to reach customers.

Interest and hobbies


A hobby is an activity that one enjoys doing during their leisure time and is one of the most primary
sources of business ideas. Most people have great successful businesses which were perused by
their interests or hobbies.

Organisational problems
Failure to develop big competencies and behaviour
Organisations commonly encounter a lot of hardworking people who have good intentions, despite
their interest in the industry, their technical talent and the subject to matter. Sometimes our leaders
are aware of their behaviour shortcoming in other cases, they are blind to their leadership deficits.
People inside the organisation are often afraid to kindly say that they think leading and managing an
organisation is a complex task that requires a unique mix of skills. Leaders have to share other than
mutual strengths.

Lack of awareness
Building a solid organisation takes hard work and a keen awareness of the environment that exists in
the business. Most executes are very busy people. Market conditions can change in velocity,
uncertainty and ambiguity and demand huge potions of their leaders’ time. Managers seem to take
their eyes off the teamwork ball. This means that communication and leads get preoccupied and fail
to recognise people.

Job contribution and employment
Businesses provide employment to the business man. Distribution and services of business a large
number of individuals are employed by the organisation and income generation occurs for them and
others.

Supply of goods and services


Businesses provide goods and services to the society. Business produce different products which are
sold or supplied to the society. The creator creates things, but processing the individuals.
