“It is not only occurs in the number of human, but also occurs in human’s morale”

When he was a child, there was a red spot that appeared in his vision. Only that boy
who able to see this bizzarreness. The red spot became bigger and gone for years until God
gave him the adam’s apple. This man that already known named Gerald Duskin. Gerald was
a smart, care, tender man but he had a bad control of emotion. He lived in the countryside
with his family. Andreau Dunskin, his older brother was emphatic person, worked as a
millitary physician, and loved by all people including his parents. His father, Mortimore
Dunskin was more rational than Gerald’s mother. His mother, Renatta Renault was more
callous than Mortimore. They loved their both sons in diffrent ways based on their
behaviour. Gerald had a dream into the greatest artist in painting. He knew that there was
only university that accepted the art of painting and these painting will be showed arround
the world.

He was hoping that one day his painting will be known to all people. His mind flew to
be a famous artist and helped his parents from the poverty. Furthermore, He practiced the
painting harder than any artist. From the rooster’s crow until the wolf’s roar, he still grab his
paint brush with his arm full of various paint in the noon. His mother told Gerald to stop, take
a nap and prayed, but his father just let his lovely son did the practice until Gerald slept
unconciously. When Andreau came home from his office, he noticed Gerald’s painting and
told him “I dont want to knock down your hopes, but at least hear me, this is can be a royal
rumble to you and all artist. I am not sure you will pass the rumble, do not gives a hope to
your dream. At least be realistic” Gerald responded him casually “Nah, alright. I can pass
this. If i win from the rumble, i will push foward to my dream”. Since then, Gerald was a
pious man for a year, hoping to be the artist. He always prays to the church and avoids the
restriction of God.

Then, he continued the practice in the morning until there was a beatiful red hair girl
named Ramona Flowers, astonished with the Gerald’s hardwork.”I see many colors that you
made. Can you made me in the canvas?”.”Sure” Gerald replied it with pleasure. Gerald’s
paintbrush moved on the canvas and followed the lady’s body curve. Gerald’s eyes aimed at
the angelic face of his object. He relized this angel can be his lover. Gerald draw her with the
beatiful color and his imagination appear in his mind, that made his paintbrush moved back
and foward like the the couple dance. He finished the painting and the lady admired him.
Then, they talked each other and made the comfort zone between them. Ramona told Gerald
that she was from the north east territorial of his country side. Gerald declared a love to
Ramonna. His lover made him as a motivation to achieve something. Gerald’s dream added
in his mind : He wanted her to be the mother from his children in the future. He had a
daydreaming and imagine him in the future with Ramonna.

The next year, in the morning the admission of new students had began. Gerald
confident made the painting. He tried the best to his art. After that, the judges came and saw
all the candidates progress. Gerald still made his lips smile widely. He was sure that he will
pass it. Meanwhile another candidates did not do the same thing like Gerald. They focused on
their painting and had a care to put the color. The sun was stand straight to their head and
the judges told them to stop the painting. Gerald still smile widely. The judges came to the all
painting and gave the mark of it. The results, only quarter of them who passed the
qualification as a candidate to enter the university. Gerald’s name was not exist on the list.
With displeasure, Gerald yelled to the judges and had an assault to them. The judges decided
to enlist him in blacklist. He was repelled by the guard. Inside his heart, he could not
accepted the reality that he had failed.

His failure haunted him for a month. He thought about himself, what made him failed
to join the university. He was sure that he was good at painting, at that time according in his
mind, he saw another candidate had a less intrested painting but accepted as the student in
that university. He relized something. God and the luck was not accompany beside him. From
his mind, he called the life was unfair to another human, and God was abandon him. With his
mean mind, his own mind was stray out of the path. The pious Gerald changed into the rebel
Gerald. Gerald who used to be prayed to God and needed a bless, he choose the dirty pleasure
of world. He loved to drink at the bar, had a drunk, and played with the slut that he did not
know her name. His parents and his brother wondered how he can be changed such a
rebellous man. They know that Gerald had failed to join the unversity, but they did not know
that his failure made him into such a dead. His parents gave him an exhortation, but Gerald
refused it.

Six months he passed the pain. It was a time that he moved to the Northeast
Territorial, The Ramona’s place. He wanted to marry and come to her house. His deed was
noriced by his father, and feel an objection to release his son went to marry. Mortimore , a
father who raised his son with the great effort did not want to let his son moved to the stray
path of life.When he about to go, his father block his way, to prevent him went to the
Northeast Territorial. “ You embicile son, why you left us all !? , i kept you from heat and
cold, and this is what you paid to me. Please, Son. Don’t you feel pity to me?. You need a
chance to get her, not with this trial!” Gerald ignored it. His mother chased Gerald, but she
could not move, due of her poor health. When Gerald arrived to the territorial at night, he saw
Ramona had a baby in her belly. She accompanied with a wealth merchant man as a queen
and a king in a day. The wedding party was great, and many people of there celebrated
them.

His hearth were sliced, when he saw them happy in the wedding, he could not take to
see them for a long time. He decided to back home. He had a vision that the territorial people
seem to be happy and abandon him. Soon the hatred, despair and displeasure mixed together
in his head. He made a mess surround him. Suddenly his vision full of the dark red light. He
had this vision exactly when he was a child. Then the demon summoned in front of him.”
You seems to be broke as hell. Why you dont try my power? I guarantee can change your life
and also your faith.” Gerald asked in surprise “ What the earth are you?”. “I am your
companion. I entered your life when you was a boy. Now, as the returning of favor, i will
help to fix you” He was deciding about the demon’s favor. He recalled his mind about the
pain that he suffered. From his failure to join the university until his lover left him without a
reason. Finally he wanted to join in the real of dark side. The demon gave him an instruction.
To gain the power, all he had to do was gave him a sacrificial of human’s hair. Besides, to
stop the sacrificial, he had to sell his soul to the demon. Finally he was signing the condition
with his blood on the demon’s scroll.

He waited the day until evening. His sacrificial to the demon was aimed to his ex
lover, Ramonna. Before he did it. He burned a territorial wheat field and the houses secretly
by his own hand. Then he kidnapped and bring her to the mid of forest. She was afraid of
Gerald’s deed. She said “For the heaven, why you did this?”. Gerald said “You... dump me.
You dump me and move your hearth to another man!”. “Dump? Yes it was. You are change
at all. How could you were sleeping with another woman. I saw you at the market with a
woman.”. “ It was all your fault that not gave me an attention... you should pay for this”.
Gerald swung his fist to Ramonna and choke her neck to the death. He cut the her hair and
summoned the demon. He had a wish to be stronger and dominate the territorial that he hate.
The demon grant his wishes. Gerald was strong like a hundred people occupied inside his
body. He moved to the village and killed those people for the sacrificial needs. Those people
who fought against gerald were killed, and no one were dare to made Gerald fell to the
ground at that time. As soon he did it to dominate the territorial, he wanted to build a
fortification, as a kingdom from himself. The citizen who used to be occcupy the territorial
now work for him as Gerald’s slave. Gerald’s also call the thugs, bandits, and smuglers
arround the world to work for him as his accomplice. The fort was built for 6 months, without
stop. It was substantial and fully armed. That was why there was no one even came or pass
the Northeast Territorial. Besides, Gerald made a lot of painting at the fort to ward of his
boredome.

The Authorities’ Scout reported to the center about this well-armed fort. They afraid
that someday, The fort will take another territorial and occupied entire nation. The auhorities
had a plan to demolish the fort with all cost. It also they work together with another nation
against the fort. When the war started, The invasion has a big number than the fort it self.
Gerald did not relize that the authorities bring the outnumbered forces to destroy his magestic
fort. The space and time was only filled with the bullet and cannon ball. The casualities in the
both sides were many. The fort was destroyed, including Gerald who hugged the safe box
inside the fort. After the devastatedd battle, Andreau knew that there was his brother inside
the fort. He investigated and counted the corpses while he looked for his brother. He found
that his brother’s corpse near the safe box. After he knew it, he felt dizzy and fainted. He
evantually met his brother’s spirit with the demon in the another side. Before he about to
leave the world, Gerald told to Andreau to take the painting in the safe box. “Take it,
Andreau. It was all i can do to pay the favor. The memories. I have to leave this world to pay
the innocence life”. Gerald disappear with the demon. Andreau woke up spontaneously, and
take the painting inside the box.

When he opened it, he was cried in sobbed. He had to go to his home and tell the
parents about the Gerald’s message. When he arrived, his parents ask about the Gerald, but he
told to them that Gerald was gone and left his last painting. He showed the painting to his
parents. They were cried at the painting and mourned to Gerald. The picture told about their
sweet past moment when Andreau and Gerald were a child with his parents. Gerald
remembered the moment and painted it. His father told to Andreau that he missed that
moment when he was a child, but he could not enjoyed it back because he had to pay all the
consequences. Finally they put the painting at the middle room, to reminisce their moment
and wished to be together when they will be meet in another life.
