2. About Symptom
a. MOTOR ALARM H038 error at Capture SW
b. Mechanical noise during initialization

3. Reason of defect
a. Temple Support limit switch problem
b. Wrong alignment between LM guide and Motor axis
c. Motor driver chipset problem at Main MCU

4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Case1 : TEMPLE SUPPORT Noise, H038 error
4.1.1 Does limit switch work normal at temple support?
1) Remove the Chinrest case

2) Switch on the unit then press the “front / back limit switch”

Back limit switch

Front limit switch


Case1: Please push the front limit switch by hand, the bracket moves backward.
Case2: Please push the back limit switch by hand, bracket moves to forward.
If it does not move as shown in Case1 and Case2, then there is a problem with the limit switch
Change the limit switch.

4.1.2 Make the Temple support Alignment


1) Remove the Chinrest case
2) Align the Temple Support Screw Bearing at paddle wheel
- Please turn the ① wrench bolt to counter clockwise direction slowly then check the
temple support noise. ① wrench bolt is the point of screw bearing pressure
3) Reassemble the Limit S/W Bracket

- Please reassemble the Limit Switch bracket(①) to membrane switch direction as in above image
then check the temple support noise.

4) Align the Motor & Bearing Block

- Loosen the Motor fixing bolt (①) and Bearing block bolt(②) then initialize the unit 1~2 time.
 Fix the bolt  Check the temple support noise
4.1.3 If the Noise issue is not resolved after following our guide, change the main MCU.
(Main MCU SAP code: B0000454)

4.2 Case 2 : X or Y axis Motor Noise at vertical frame


4.2.1 Align the Motor and Bearing Block

- Loosen the fixed motor and axis bolt as shown in the below image. Then initialize the unit 1~2
time  fix the bolt  Check the motor noise

4.2.2 If the Noise issue is not resolved after following our guide, change the main MCU.
