Purchasing materials will be coordinated and planned in accordance with the delivery needs of the various phase of the overall project. OnSite ‘© Prior to site delivery, detailed and comprehensive arrangements will be made to ensure the most efficient hoisting and distribution of materials into the site areas, ‘The schedule is divided into phases to suit the overall programme. ‘This will allow materials and equipment to be marshalled just in time for the installation commencement of these phases, maximizing efficiency of delivering and minimizing storage equipment. Upon delivery, material and equipment will be unloaded by crane ot bottom truck with appropriate lifting capacity. 4.3 Application - Painting Works a) General Substrate Requirement The plastering to wall, soffit and column, door leaf etc. Must be of free from any debris by using smooth sponge or steel trowel finished b) Method of Application- Internal Finishes Prepare and apply undereoat paint. Prepare and apply 1* finish coat of weather paint diluted with clear water accordance to manufacturer’s standard specification and instruction. The 2" finish coats shall be apply after Pre Delivery Inspection of external wall finishing inspection done. 5.0 SAFETY All work will be planned and undertaken in accordance with the Project Safety Regulation, All activities will be undertaken with safety in mind ensuring that Personal Protective Equipment are being used at all times.
