The first step of the test procedure of NR Digital Relays Remote Monitoring System (DRRMS for
short) is to establish the test environment. The hardware and software configuration to establish
the test environment are listed as below:

Functional description:
DRRMS Configuration Tool supports offline configuration, the main functions include:
