Lifting Rescue Plan Procedure

1. If Any injury person during lifting activity, we have WSI (Work Safety Instruction) for 2
scenario condition such as:

a. WSI for Injury person on the bottom floor

- Step 1
Safety watcher & Lifting Commander handling victim with first aid method
- Step 2
Bring victim to the P3K room using stretcher and will be carried to clinic if needed

b. WSI for Injury person on the top of tank

- Step 1
Rescuer on top of platform will handling victim with first aid method
- Step 2
Rescuer bring victim to the ground floor using stretcher
- Step 3
Bring victim to the P3K room using stretcher and will be carried to clinic if needed

The above two WSI are for victim’s condition such as:
- Fatigue and fainting
- Wounded fingers need first aid
- Drop object (on the bottom floor)
- Other condition

Note:
- ERT PPLi will standby to perform rescue plan situation
- Need vehicle standby to bring victim to the clinic (if needed)
