Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation is a not for profit organization committed to serve the underprivileged.

We are currently already running a middle school at Mumbai with the name Shikha Academy for
underprivileged children.

Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation is now setting up an Eye Hospital with name Shantilal Shanghvi Eye
Institute at Wadala, Mumbai. The hospital is under construction and will be operational by Aug / Sept,
2022.

This hospital will function under the protocol as set up by the renowned Eye Institute the L V Prasad
Eye Institute of Hyderabad.

For the hospital following para medical staff is required. Since the foundation is serving the
underprivileged the foundation is aiming to recruit SSC / HSC youngsters of the age 17 to 20 years
from the underprivileged section and provide training to them to work as para medical staff.

Accordingly we require

24 Nursing Assistants / Ophthalmic Assistants. All girls having age above 17 years but below 20 years.

24 Vision Technicians. 12 girls and 12 boys. Should be HSC passed. Age below 20 years.

All the selected candidates will be trained for 18 months at L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. All
the cost of training, travel, lodging and boarding will be borne by the trust. During their training they
will be paid a stipend of Rs. 500/- per month. During the training there will be test / exams at regular
intervals and those failing / disqualifying will have to leave the training.

If required the guardian can accompany the candidate to Hyderabad to see the overall facility. Expense
inclusive of travel, lodging / boarding for 2 days will be borne by the trust.

On successful completion of training they will be offered a job in our hospital. They will be required to
sign a service bond of 5 years.

The salary payable will be as under.

Ophthalmic Assistants: Rs. 14500/- plus HRA Rs. 725/- per month.

Vision Technicians: Rs. 15000/- plus HRA Rs. 750/- per month.

Appropriate statutory deductions will be applicable.
