Module 2: Calming Down and Managing One’s Emotions and Thoughts

COVID-19

POSITIVE THINGS/THOUGHTS
During this pandemic I realize that it is a good time for family bonding and
sharing problems of each family member.
To avoid overthinking about the pandemic I always play online games with my
friends and having fun
I am thankful and praying to God that my family, friends, and relatives are safe
and will not be infected by this virus. And a positive mindset that this will be
over soon.
Having a deep conversations with my friends through online about this
pandemic gives me time to realize many things that this pandemic can taught
us.
Doing exercises and proper eating of foods is what I am doing to strengthen my
body to avoid any kind of diseases.
