Recently, I visited the raw manufacturing at Jepara and discussed with the
production managers the possibility of increasing the production of furniture so
that we can export these items to western countries. They see no difficulty in
doing so but before they take any define initiatives in this direction, they would
like to have an estimate of the demand for our products in those countries.
So, I request you to contact our agents quickly and let me know the estimates by
the end of November.

Performance

Starting February 1, we will introduce the following modification in our company

policy with regard to annual leave: every year one employee from each
department will be awarded special annual bonus leave for outstanding
performance.
The eligible employees will have additional five (5) days of annual each leave
credited on February 15. The bonus leave will be accounted for separalely and
will remain avaliable until used, notwithstanding any other limitation of the total
number days of annual leave that may be carried toward.
We will have a meeting on January 10 at 08:00 a.m. to discuss the result of the
2015 performance evaluation and approve the final list of employees eligible for
the bonus. The announcement to the employees will follow the meeting. If you
have any questions or comments, please let me know before the meeting
