Discussion

1) I would call the main bidders, the sales manager and the credit controller to find out the full depth
of the problem, and together with them make a decision depending on the severity of the
problems (3-4 people)
2) meeting for everyone, preferably with familiarization with safety precautions and after that
another meeting with the most experienced workers to explain to them the essence of the
problem, and point out the problems caused by whipping (everyone)
3) I would gather a separate working group, or the most experienced of their workers, and would
promise him additional bonuses if he takes everything in hand and cheers up the whole team, and
if it shows better results (one on one/4-5people)
4) if you are going to use standard practice without measuring the success of new personnel, then you
need to make a decision alone, and just notify everyone about it, since there are still no normal
arguments. So it's best not to explain (no meeting)
5) I would bring together the management team to help come up with a solution, and then I would
bring together the chiefs from separate groups of workers to express their assumptions. But I
would not openly review this issue with the team, so as not to instill mistrust in the team. (4-5
people)
6) I would gather the entire department, including the middle managers, but without lowest-ranking
workers to assess future plans in matters related to the department's product, as well as to
delegate a survey of employees about how they see their workplace in the future, to know what
will happen change also in domestic politics (about 10 people)
7)
only sales representatives, to assess the possible benefits and costs from the point of view of
people with specific experience
8) everyone should take part in the voting for food and drinks, and the process of holding, for this, a
virtual meeting or just a general group in social networks is enough, so as not to burden the
calendar of workers
