BACKGROUND OBJECTIVE
Indonesia is endowed with rich natural resources. To investigate the antioxidant activity and

plant's growth. Some of plant's that were used for
traditional medicine such as Dayak Onion's bulbs (Mill.) Urb and Synsepalum dulcicum.

(Solanum betaceum), and Miracle Berry's leaves
(Synsepalum dulcicum).
METHODS
Those plants contain many benets such as
antioxidant that can suppress Reactive Oxygen Researchers use DPPH to detect free-
Species (ROS). Beside their antioxidant role, they scavenging activity and BSLT to measure

RESULTS
DPPH scavenging assay showed that the methanol extract of Eleutherine bulbosa (Mill.) Urb
have an IC50 value of 109.369 μg/mL Solanum betaceum have an IC50 value of 794.318 μg/mL,
and Synsepalum dulcicum have an IC50 value of 200.750 μg/mL.
