beverages invites applications from suitable internal and external candidates for its Graduate
Development Programme.

The Dairibord Zimbabwe (Pvt) Limited Graduate Development Programme is a robust intervention
that identifies and fosters the next generation of business leaders through mentoring, on the job
training, stretch assignments, research as well as practical national exposures in relevant fields.

The 18 months rotational programme equips young and ambitious graduates with the requisite skills
and knowledge and offers an opportunity to gain practical experience of working with strong brands in
the FMCG sector under the guidance of a well experienced Executive team.

The Person
The ideal incumbents must have the following:
● A relevant degree with a first class or upper second from an accredited university
● Below the age of 25
● Passionate, hardworking and results oriented
● Computer literacy a must.
