    Dear Mr. Cheema,

    I am a grade 12 student at RE Mountain Secondary School and am interested in


    applying for a position as a Store Clerk. I have my resume attached along with this
    letter.

    I am responsible, and capable in doing individual work. I can adjust to different


    positions and work environments. I have multiple years of experience as a referee, I am
    used to making decisions in high pressure situations. I love talking to new people and
    can leave a positive impression on those entering and leaving the store.

    I know that your store has contributed to the community, like serving breakfast for
    Willoughby Elementary. I think it is super important to give back and create a positive
    community. I am confident that I can help contribute to these events, given my
    experience in my school leadership program from giving back to a family in need. If
    there is more information you would like to know, I’d love to talk about it in an interview.
