Q20
Areas that require the student teacher's corrective action.

One area I feel Kelsey needs to improve is in allowing for more interaction during SEL time. Her lesson was outstanding; however,
students are not impacted greatly if they don't feel like they have been personally impacted by the conversation. A suggestion I gave
her is to include a personal story from her own life. Even give the students time to talk about their responses with the class.

Q21
Areas in which the student teacher has demonstrated excellence.

I have been very impressed by Mrs. Hayes so far. She has shown up on time, led the SEL lessons, communicated with students to
let them know that they need to turn in their work, and been an integral part of the lessons. Her quest for answers to theory and
practice amaze me. Kelsey continues to be professional in both the physical and virtual settings.
