KATA PENGANTAR

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

Assalamu’alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Puji syukur kami panjatkan kepada Allah Subhanallahu Wata’la karena atas kehendak
dan rahmat-Nya sehinga kami dapat menyelesaikan laporan ini.

Kami menyusun laporan ini untuk menyelesaikan tugas mata pelajaran biologi
mengenai proses Fermentasi atau Bioteknologi di bidang pangan juga untuk menambah
wawasan kami mengenai materi ini.

Dalam penyusunan laporan ini, tidak sedikit hambatan yang kami hadapi, namun kami
menyadari bahwa kelancaran dalam penyusunan laporan ini tidak lain berkat bantuan,
dorongan dan bimbingan orang tua, ibu guru, dan teman-teman sekalian, sehingga kendala-
kendala yang kami hadapi dapat teratasi. Oleh karena itu kami mengucapkan terima kasih
banyak kepada:

1. Ibu Dra. Herlina Sulaiman selaku guru bidang studi biologi yang telah memberikan
petunjuk dan bimbingan kepada kami, sehingga kami dapat dengan mudah
melaksanakan penelitian dan juga menyusun laporan hasil penelitian kami.
2. Orang tua yang telah menyediakan sarana prasarana serta saran kepada kami.
3. Teman-teman yang turut membantu kami apabila kami mendapatkan beberapa
kendala.
