Dear Maristas!
We are glad to inform you of our Graduation pictorial on March 29-31,2021. To ensure our
safety during the conduct of our pictorials you will be guided of the following protocols.

1. Those students and parents who will be entering the vicinity of the school, should
present their TAPAT/CCTS ID for contact tracing.
2. Upon entry, temperature checking, footbath and other necessary protocols should be
followed.
3. Wearing of facemask and face shield is a must inside the vicinity of the school and
during the pictorials.
4. No loitering and room hoping during the pictorials. Kindly stay on the designated waiting
area
5. For students who will avail the service of the Midtown team for make-up, bring your own
brush and sponge will be implemented to ensure safety.
6. Physical Distancing should be strictly observed during the pictorials.
7. Only 1 parent is allowed to assist pupil during the pictorials for Kinder and Grade 6.
8. Each student is only allowed to stay for 2 minutes every after picture taking.
9. After his/her pictorial, student is strongly advised to leave immediately the school to limit
the number of students inside the campus.
10. Male students should also follow proper haircut as prescribed by the school.
11. Dress code during the pictorial should abide on the protocol set by the school.
12. All graduating classes should log-in to the SOS set by Midtown for monitoring and filing.
